ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District in Cr.MP.No.5355 of 2022 dated 7.11.2022 and consequently, register FIR.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already the matter has been closed for want of jurisdiction and the same was also informed to the concerned Court.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by 2/4
