2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit
filed in support of this petition, the delay of 217 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order made in C.M.P.No.1085 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy,is condoned.
3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondent requested that the matter to be referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court, for amicable settlement.
4. Registry is directed to refer the matter before the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench, after numbering the main Revision petition.
