ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to interfere in civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and conduct Katta Panchayat.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between two cable operators, in the matter of providing digital cable service to a Township. The petitioner is a new one and the second respondent is a former cable operator. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the first respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the

petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
