2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(c)of NDPS Act, in Crime No.166 of 2017, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as per the order of this Court, dated 27.10.2017, the Petitioners have complied with the condition only for two weeks. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the Petitioners is modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 24/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
