ORDER

The petitioner complains that her son is alleged to have fabricated some documents, but earlier the second respondent police has been harassing him. When the case came up on the last occasion, it was submitted that the investigation has been transferred to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's son is absconding and only to enquire his whereabouts, the petitioner is being enquired. The respondent police have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass her.

4. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

5. It at all the Investigating Agency is interested in interrogating the petitioner, the same shall be done on under Section 41 A Cr.P.C., mentioning specific date and time for enquiry and also giving reasonable time for her to travel to the venue of such enquiry. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. During enquiry, there shall not be harassment to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
