Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KANDHAVADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.400 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 20 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
