[Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.G.Mohankumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Arunmozhi Rajshankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2.This revision filed by the borrower under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.634 of 2018 in S.A.No.493 of 2017, dated 17.03.2018 on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the auction which was scheduled to be conducted on 19.03.2018 could not be proceeded, since there were no bidders. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank may be recorded and the revision may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all contentions before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
