ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.760 of 2021 and hence, the prayer of not to harass does not arise.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
