S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.S.Murali, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners filed proof of service to the 1st respondent. In spite of service of notice to R1, none appeared.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3.This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated on the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench on or before 14.11.2016 failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
