ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.666 of 2016 seeking divorce within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The petitioner has filed a petition before the Family Court, Madurai in H.M.O.P.No.666 of 2016 seeking divorce as against the respondent and the same is pending.

3.On perusal of the "B" diary extract, it shows that the matter is being adjourned on several occasions at the instance of respondent for filing counter and the matter is unnecessarily being dragged on by the respondent. This Court is of the opinion that a direction by this Court for early disposal of the suit will be in the interest of justice.

4.As a result, the civil revision petition is allowed and the Family Court, Madurai is directed to expedite the trial and to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.666 of 2016 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
