ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The only request made by the petitioner is that the petitioner and others must be heard before final order is passed by the first respondent. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent shall pass final order in the pending enquiry only after hearing all the interested persons. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
