ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police fro the alleged offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of IPC. on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that hte dispute between the accused and the de-facto complainant has been settled before the Mediation Centre, attached to this Bench on 26.10.2015 and the same was also recorded. The learned counsel has produced the medication agreement, dated 26.10.2015, which reveals that the de-facto complainant received Rs.1,40,000/- from the accused as full and final settlement and agreed to pursue further claim against one Anand.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
