ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 465, 471, 419 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.139 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant that in the month of December 2000, he produced the original documents to A3 to obtain a Passport, which was misused by the accused and the Passport was given in favour of A1 in the year 2006 and thereby, the accused have committed the offence.

The further case of the de-facto complainant is that the petitioner/A2 has helped A1 to obtain the Passport in his name, on the basis of the original documents of the de-facto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel further submitted that the occurrence is said to have been taken place in the year 2000 and the complaint was given in the year 2015. It is further submitted that A1 was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram and A3 was enlarged on anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16880 of 2015, dated 03.09.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent and the investigation is almost over.

5.Considering above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
