Heard the learned counsel counsel on either side. 2.The petitioner has invoked Section 77A of the Registration Act for cancelling the petition mentioned document.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and dispose of it on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order.
