RESPONDENT/COMPLAIANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to refund the amount of Rs.35,000/- each deposited before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai by the petitioners with complying the condition based on the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5872/2013 dated 08-04-2013 on the file of this Honorable Court and based on the order passed by this Honorable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed this petition for refund the amount deposited in Crime No.93 of 2013, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai as per the direction and condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 08.04.2013 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5872 of 2013.

2. Since the petitioners did not show any bonafide reason to refund the amount, this Court is not inclined to grant relief in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
