RESPONDENTS 4 to 12/ RESPONDENTS 4 to 12/DEFENDANTS 2 to 10 IN CRP(MD)No.649/2018 PRAYER : Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to call for the records of the lower Court to set aside the order and decreetal order in I.A.Nos.884 and 956 of 2017 respectively in O.S.No.236 of 2010 dated 02.02.2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court (FAC), Manapparai.
ORDER : These petitions coming on for hearing on this day, in the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this Court dated 09/07/2018 and a letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.12574/HC/dated 14/12/2018 and in the presence of Mr.K.K.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 3 the Court made the following order:- By order dated 09.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.236/2010, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.12574 dated 14.12.2018 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 09.07.2018 made in this revision.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, both sides counsel not present.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 09.07.2018.
