ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) ii (B) of NDPS Act and Section 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.431 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, on 06.09.2015 when the respondent police has conducting the raid, the accused was found in possession of 10 kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is implicated based on the confession of the first accused and she is a poor lady and it is further submitted that the entire prosecution case is false.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the anticipatory bail petition contending that the petitioner is having three previous cases of similar in nature.

5.Considering the fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
