ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/R.P.SARAVAN KUAR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Considering the nature of the case and the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the delay is condoned on Rs.1,5000/-[Rupees Thousand Five Hundred only] as cost to the credit of Registrar [Administration], [Removal of Karuvelam Tress/Prosopis Juli Flora], Savings Bank Account no:6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court,Madurai, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
