ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2017 in WOP No.2 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul expeditiously within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner herein is a third party, before the Principal Sub Court at Dindigul in WOP No.2 of 2016 and he is the petitioner in I.A.No.12 of 2017. The first respondent herein, filed a petition in WOP No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul for various reliefs concerning Inam known as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Mohideen Mosque Inam Wakf". When the suit is pending, the petitioner herein filed an application to implead himself as a party to the proceedings.

3.Prima facie, this Court is also able to find some force in the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, with regard to the locus of the petitioner seeking to implead himself as a party to the proceedings. Though, the application was filed, it is seen that the same is being adjourned for filing counter at the instance of the first respondent. Having regard to the nature of relief and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: "The learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.12 of 2017 in WOP No.2 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs."
