ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 01.03.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(L)(D) r/w.S.10 of POSCO Act, 2012 in Crime No. 2 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the defacto complainant's childrens are studying in Siraganoor Government High School and are staying in Karun Illam and the petitioner here in is the correspondent, misbehaved with the childrens in the school. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner have been in custody since 01.03.2019. He would also submit that the petitioner is unconscious and he is able to walk only with the help of others. He would also submit that jail authorities may directed to depute concerned doctor and examine him https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and give proper treatment to the petitioner and accordingly he prayed for bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending.

5. Taking into consideration, the nature and gravity of offence , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
