ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the final report had already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Nagercoil and the names of the petitioners have been deleted. The final report has been filed only against Thangadurai.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
