ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry conducted by the 3rd respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner who has married only in 2017, shares some matrimonial differences with his spouse. Now the petitioner faces harassment at the hands of the third respondent presumably at the instance of the complaint preferred by the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint preferred by the fourth respondent was enquired and closed. He also added that there is no harassment at any stage.

5.The Statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

6.In such circumstances, if at all the respondent police requires the presence of the petitioner for preliminary enquiry / interrogation, they shall issue summons mentioning specific date and time for enquiry and during enquiry, there shall not be harassment. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
