This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to include the petitioner's name in the rowdy list maintained by the second respondent herein by consdering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition on an apprehension that the petitioner's name may be included in the rowdy list.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no order has been passed by the first respondent and therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as premature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. By considering the aforesaid fact that the first respondent has not passed any orders, the prayer sought for by the petitioner

cannot be granted. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
