ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur to expedite and dispose the G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur within a stipulated time limit. 2.The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife of the petitioner. It is stated that due to difference of opinion, the petitioner and the respondent are living separately. The petitioner has filed G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur for custody of minor children under Section 7 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 and for appointment of the petitioner as guardian of the girl and for custody of the petitioner's minor daughter to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner. Along with the said G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2016, the petitioner

has filed an interlocutory petition in I.A.No.167 of 2016 for visitation rights and the same is also pending. 3.Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, is directed to the dispose of the case in G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2016 on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
