ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry or investigation under the false after thought complaint of the third respondent and desist from involving any kind of threatening activities at the instance of the third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 20951 of 2022, seeking police protection against 15 persons, including the petitioner therein and that this Court vide order, dated 28.11.2022 has granted police protection and also directed the police official to warn the respondents 3 to 17 therein, including the petitioner therein to the life and limb of the petitioner. He would further submit that after passing the order of police protection, the petitioner has given a complaint and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
