ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342 and 302 of I.P.C., seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the accused suspecting that the deceased had illicit relationship with his wife and attacked him on 17.07.2015 at 09.50 p.m., and caused his death. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the de-facto complainant could not be eye witness to the occurrence and the entire story has been concocted only to rope the accused in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the accused has been in judicial custody from 21.072015 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 22/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
