ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction to the learned District Munsif-Cum -Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.103 of 2015, within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The first respondent / plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.103 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Natham, Dindigul District, for permanent injunction against the petitioner / first defendant and other defendants.

4. Since there is no prejudice caused to the first respondent, who is the plaintiff in the suit and that the suit is pending from 2015 onwards, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders without issuing notice to the respondents:

"The learned District Munsif-Cum -Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.103 of 2015, pending on its file, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, without giving any further adjournment and the parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the above said suit."

5. Wit the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
