ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action to secure the detenue, namely, Mrs.Veeraselvi, D/o.Thangaraj, aged about 31 years from the illegal custody of 4th respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that her daughter Mrs.Veeraselvi, aged about 31 years and she kept in illegal custody from the fourth respondent. 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD].No.1997 of 2020 and the detenue was secured. He would further submit that enquiry revealed that the alleged detenue, namely, Veeraselvi is working in State Bank of India and she got married to one Eswaran on 11.12.2005 and thereafter, she is presently living with one Ganeshkumar leaving her two children along with her mother. She has given a statement that she is living with Ganeshkumar on her own will. 4.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
