Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to disposal letter about register the sale deed and documents should given to the petitioner as per the learned district Munsif Court Madurai Town order in O.S.No.1092/2012 dated 22.03.2016 and consequently the second respondent permission letter vide letter No.A3/854/82 dated 10.06.2016 to the Managing Director Tamilnadu Housing Board chennai. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner based on the judgment made in O.S.No. 1092/2012 dated 22.03.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is one of the legal heirs, while two other legal heirs are listed in the legal heir certificate. It is for the petitioner to seek the appropriate remedy before the concerned execution Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court to resolve the issue, as the matter involves a dispute regarding the rights of legal heirs and property.
