ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 427, 379(NP) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.1323 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per direction of this Court, the petitioner has not furnishing the sureties and also he has not complied with the condition.

4.In view of the above said submission, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 01.10.2015 is recalled. Hence, this petition is dismissed and the respondent is at liberty to secure the accused.
