ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner claims to be in possession of the petition mentioned property. He also claims title over the same. His grievance is that in the acquisition proceedings that have now been initiated, his name is not figuring. If that be so, the remedy is not to file a writ petition straightaway. The petitioner has not challenged the acquisition proceedings. According to the petitioner, the compensation amount must be paid to him. If that be so, he has to lodge a formal claim before the competent authority and pursue his remedy. The very filling of this writ petition is misconceived. 2/4

3.Leaving open all the petitioner's rights and remedies, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
