This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already handed over the bundle to the petitioner and given change of vakalat.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.11.2024, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent died during the pendency of this petition. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation that are made in the FIR, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in this case and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the competent Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
