The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondent for completion of investigation in Crime No.231 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and file a final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents would submit that the investigation is completed and final report laid before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. He would further submit that the Court had been newly constituted Court. Therefore, there are some technical problems in e-filing.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthagi.
