PRAYER : For the Bail in Crime No.1623 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.7, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b), 2(c) 25 & 29 Clause 1 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1623 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.Due to the petitioner's health condition, On 04.02.2022, this Court had granted three months interim bail to the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after expiring the interim bail, the petitioner did not surrender before the concerned Court and also submitted that the petitioner is having 13 previous cases to his credit.
4.On perusal of records, it shows that the petitioner was taking treatment in the prison hospital and after getting interim bail from this Court he absconded by utilizing the interim bail order.

CRL OP(MD).
