RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition totally to the Petitioner imposed in Crl. M. P. (MD) No. 6438/2017 dated 07.08.2017 in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 6134/2017 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 471, 477(A), r/w 34 of I.P.C., in crime No.04 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 14 weeks.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
