ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.792 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 306 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.It is stated that the respondent registered a case under Section 174 Cr.P.C., which is pending investigation with regard to cause of death.

4.It is represented that nobody has been fixed as accused in the above case. There is an undertaking by the petitioner that he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ would cooperate for the enquiry to be conducted by the respondent.

There is also an undertaking on the side of the prosecution to the effect that they will not arrest these accused persons till the enquiry is over.
