PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.19 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners are in custody since 10.01.2012 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 506(ii), 387 of IPC read with Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.19 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate produced photographs which clearly indicate that the petitioners have wantonly attacked the police personnel causing them injury.

4. The conduct of the petitioners is beyond condonation. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioners. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
