--------- The Hon'ble High Cour, while hearing the Crl.OP(MD).No.2312 of 2022, has passed an order as below:
The petitioner's counsel informs the Court that even though directions for speedy disposal were issued on last occasions by this court, the same has not be complied with. I can understand the reason since we are in the grip of pandemic for the past two years. But at the same time, I must be mindful of the fact that the Calender Case is of the year 2016 and the petitioner herein is the defacto complainant.
2. Therefore, the Registry shall call for a report from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanasthapuram District to indicate the time line and schedule before which the case can be concluded a case of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
this nature can also be conducted through video conferencing. Registry is directed to obtain such report on or before 14.02.2022.
3. Call this Case on 16.02.2022.
