ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking Police protection for her life and limb and for her family members, based on her representation dated 12.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, the case was taken as current paper in C.No.13/Inspr/KPT/2024 dated 02.02.2024. He would further submit that on enquiry in the current paper, it was found that the matter involves money transaction and the same is closed. Also, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Respondent Police undertakes to follow the guidelines of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu/ Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court concerned for appropriate relief. 07.02.2024 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no Nsr 2/4
