Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.18108 and 18110 of 2015 and under Sections 457 and 380 (NH) of IPC in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18109 of 2015 in Crime Nos.277/14; 412/14 and 131 of 2015 respectively, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. He would further submit that the co-accused were released on bail by the lower Court. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the co-accused were released on bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the fact that the co-accused were released on bail, this

Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
