Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation in Crime No.414 of 2021, dated 24.12.2021 on the file of the fourth respondent police to CBCID Police of Tamil Nadu to bring the truth in the matter related to the death of the petitioner's brother namely, Boomiraj. This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation. 1/3

2.The fourth respondent has registered Crime No.414 of 2021, since the petitioner's brother was reportedly missing. Later, the dead body was found and postmortem was also conducted. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that no external injuries were noticed and that the postmortem was duly videographed.

4.The fourth respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent is directed to monitor the investigation and vet the final report before it is filed before the Jurisdictional Court.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
