ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by order dated 25.09.2014, granted interim bail to the petitioner to enable the parties to arrive at a settlement. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and expressed his inability to pay the amount as demanded by the de-facto complainant, due to his financial crisis. 3.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the petitioner has not co-operated for enquiry of settlement before the Mediation Centre and the interim bail has to be cancelled. 4.However, considering the fact that the petitioner had been in judicial custody for more than 63 days and A3 was granted anticipatory bail on his payment of Rs.3,00,000/- to the de-facto complainant.

Therefore, the interim bail already granted by this Court on 25.09.2014, is made absolute and on further condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the de-facto complainant, on or before 20.07.2015. sd/- 24/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
