The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging breach of the order dated 28.10.2020 made in W.P.(MD)No.14763 of 2020.
2. In the said order, I had observed that the dispute between the petitioner and counter petitioner appears to be purely civil in nature and that the local police are pocking their nose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont. P(MD)No.250 of 2022
3. The petitioner's counsel alleged that even after such a specific direction was passed, the local police are continuing to support the other party. Hence, status report was called for. The Superintendent of Police has filed a status report bearing Na.Ka.No.C2/18415/2021 dated 07.03.2022 stating that since the issue is purely civil in nature, the parties concerned have been advised to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. The status report has been filed through the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
4. Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
