ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20(b) (ii) ©, 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act 1985, in Crime No.60 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
