2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complied with the condition only 27 days and the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complied with the condition only 27 days, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the investigation is pending, I am not inclined to relax the
