JUDGMENT

This Civil Revision petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, to expedite and to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner has filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P. No.101 of 2016 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, on 06.07.2016. Since the petition is not yet disposed of and the same is pending for a long time, the petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision petition to issue a direction to the lower Court for speedy disposal of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2016.

4. Considering the nature and scope of the proceedings and the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ "The learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, is

directed to expedite the trial and to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. The Civil Revision petition is allowed, accordingly. No costs.
