ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for fencing his vacant land situated in Thirupalathurai, Papanasam, Thanjavur District in R.S.No.374/11 admeasuring 11,163 sq. ft. without any hindrance of the respondents 3 to 5 herein by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2020.

W.P.(MD)No.2192 of 2020 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the private notice was sent by registered post and it had been returned with an endorsement "unserved". 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.38 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent. She would further submit that due and appropriate summons would be issued to the counter parties and based on the result/outcome of the enquiry, appropriate action will be taken by the respondent police.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
