ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A), 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1967 in Crime No.43 of 2017, while granting bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, and she appeared before the respondent police only two times in two weeks.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offences, and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6942 of 2017 dated 07.08.2017.
