ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to fence lands belonging to the petitioner situated at S.Nos.469/1A, 470/2A, 470/1B, 471/1, 471/2, 471/3, 472/2 and 473/2 situated Palapatti Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.135 of 2019. During the enquiry, the second respondent appeared in person and he has agreed for conducting survey. The second respondent has also given an undertaking that he will not interfere with the petitioner and that he will abide any action taken by the first respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent is prepared for conducting survey and based on the report of the surveyor, he will agree for fixing of fence.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
