The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering in the money dispute between the petitioner's father and the third respondent and conduct kattapanchayat, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.2202 of 2020 complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was initiated by the second respondent in Current Paper No.278/DCB/DSP/TRI/2019 and both parties were called for enquiry. During the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent have agreed to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate relief. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed on 08.02.2020. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
